In-Store Pickup

Available within 2 business days – FREE
If you choose in-store pickup, you will have 15 days to collect your order. The person collecting the order must present an identification document and provide the order number.

Home Delivery

We offer daily deliveries to Mainland Portugal and Islands.
For other destinations, please send us an email with the complete delivery address details so we can provide shipping costs for your approval via email.
The shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Mainland Portugal

Delivery within 2 to 7 business days – after payment confirmation.
FREE for orders over €80.
For orders under €80 – fixed fee of €8.

Islands (Azores and Madeira)

Delivery within 8 to 10 business days – after payment confirmation.
FREE for orders over €80.
For orders under €80 – fixed fee of €8.

Note: The prices include VAT at the current applicable rate.

Once your order has been dispatched by Armazém dos Linhos, you will receive a notification via SMS or email.

It is not possible to arrange specific delivery times or dates, so we recommend providing an address where someone is available to receive the package. If no one is available at the address, either a second delivery attempt will be made, or a postal notice will be left in the mailbox for you to collect the order at the nearest post office.

If your order is returned to the sender due to unsuccessful delivery or an incorrect/incomplete address, it will only be resent after new payment of shipping costs by the customer (unless the address error is due to the sender, in which case Armazém dos Linhos will cover the reshipping costs).

Stock Shortages: Customers will be fully refunded for any items that cannot be shipped due to stock shortages.

Garden Collection Deliveries

Shipping and returns for three items in this collection are subject to special conditions compared to other products in the store.
The items Director’s Chair, Reclining Chair, and Stool are only available for in-store pickup. For home delivery, please send a consultation request.
