Returns

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the items listed below. except in cases of defect or shipping error. In such cases, the items will be resent (if stock is available) after the returned goods are received at our premises, at no cost to the customer:

  • Fabrics, as they are cut according to the customer’s specifications and measurements;
  • Personalised products, such as embroidered napkins with names;
  • Custom-made products.

We accept returns or exchanges for all other products available in our online store, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (as per Decree-Law Nº 143/2001);
  • The product must be returned in its original condition;
  • The return must include a copy of the relevant invoice.

In-Store Return

Items can be returned at our store. Please bring a copy of your invoice/receipt.

Home Collection

Items can be collected from an address specified by you. To arrange this, please email us at shop@armazemdoslinhos.com with the necessary details. A courier will be sent to collect the order within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Postal Return

Items can also be sent via post, properly packaged, to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving the product and confirming its condition, the refund will be processed immediately. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for your purchase.
